We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
Used, damaged (by customer), or altered items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
